Bill Walton’s Take on the Shaq trade
I love the last 10 seconds of this interview with the incomparable Bill Walton. The man is a walking hyperbole.

Bill Walton is clueless towards this trade for Shaq. His comments are clearly bias on the Diesel behalf. And the remarks about being fouled out is irrelevant. If walton watched the games the Heat perimeter was getting beat the whole games and of course like any smaller player would they would inniate the foul on the bigger defender by trying to get contact.
Shaq was attempting to return to the Heat but his business advisors were insisting he dont but he dismissed that notion and was attempting to comeback. Now that he is with a better team and everyone is saying he doesnt have it is motivating him more. Walton in his prime is not on Shaq level now. Shaq shoots 10 times a night and averages nearly 6 sots a game. Its not his fault they dont pass him the ball. Shaq dominated Amare(twice why cant he run with suns and most of their plays are pick and rolls), He dominated Yao, He dominated Duncan, and he outplayed Howard(only played 3 quaters while Howard played the whole game), Why cant he play with the Suns? Shaq clearly beat all 4 of the best centers in the game this year yet he is not that good anymore, but what does that say about the 4 mention above.
Walton is obviously envious of Shaq success in the league leading 3 teams (the Heat wasn’t a .500 team until he returned to the roster that year being 13-18) to finals appearances. While Walton had 1 ship as a starter and rode Bird, McHale, and Parrish coattale for his second title(dont care about 6th man, how many other 6th man could have been with that trio?).
I am a Heat fan but Shaq just win baby. Nash you finally getting your ring and maybe 2.
